Christina Raskin (27 of 42)-2.jpg

Christina, a born and raised Californian, was told by an astrologer at the age of 26 that her Dharma (life purpose) would be best served living in Vancouver, BC.  Fast forward years later, Christina is based out of Vancouver and the Founder of Soul Thrive Yoga… she is living her Dharma!

Christina has 20 years of teaching experience and has trained all over, including in India. She is passionate about marrying education and yoga together to help people grow and transform.  She believes wholeheartedly in the science and soul of yoga. She has used it to transform her own life and has seen countless people find more peace through the practice. She truly believes Yoga is for everyone and every body and is inclusive in her teachings.

As as 500 hr E-RYT (Experience - Registered Yoga Teacher), Christina was the National Training Director at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness for seven years. Christina developed and led her Yoga Teacher Training program during that time under the Oxygen Yoga & Fitness umbrella, formally known as O2 Yoga Teacher Training.   Christina and her team of trainers decided to leave Oxygen Yoga & Fitness in order to expand her school, Soul Thrive Yoga Teacher Training where they offer a 200hr YTT, 300hr YTT, non-teacher offerings, workshops, retreats and more.

Christina has now called Vancouver home for the past 12 years with her husband and black Collie.

Come visit her for a class or take one of her amazing workshops, for anyone that wants to learn more about yoga.
